These are designed purposely to offer solutions to problems of surface cooling in continuous casting activities. They provide a highly atomized flat spray pattern, thanks to the great precision applied in mixing air with water which is finely reduced into very little particles as a result of its extremely high impact against the internal structure where its atomized state is furthermore intensified by the pressurized air in-flow.
